This site is a labor of love, born out of a burden that God placed on my heart in early 2003. It is not designed to be a “feel good” site, however I certainly hope you are encouraged by what you read and hear (yes encouraged!). It is a place where you can find honest observations and information you won’t find in the main stream media. It is a place where your thinking and your actions will be challenged.

In short, it is my feeling (and shared by many others) that Christians have become too complacent. Judeo-Christian values were what this country was formed on, yet we increasingly see those values scoffed at in the media and by our elected officials. And while that makes us uncomfortable, the majority of us do nothing to change the situation.

Why have we allowed our society to crumble around us?

The answer is not easy. However much of the reason lies within three main areas:

• Comfort - We are just too comfortable as Americans. We do not fully realize what is happening around us and the dangers that are on the horizon. Our liberties and freedoms have softened us to the realities of life beyond our borders.
• Busyness - Our lives are too busy to dedicate any meaningful time to finding and sifting through all of the information on the issues that effect us today.
• Political Correctness - We have accepted, hook, line and sinker the notion that “politics and religion don’t mix”. Have a look at our Social Issues page and find that this is just not true.

I hope to use this site as a staging area to combat these three areas. The information you find here should make you uncomfortable. It should provide you with a place to quickly become educated on issues important to Christians. And it should debunk any myths about Christian’s roles in our society.

The site will continue to fill in over the next few months. Please be patient while this work is complete.
